Ventilation is an essential feature that should be found on any aggressive rider's clothing. Ventilation aids in controlling the comfort level while riding or at rest. Ventilation is strategically placed in the clothing to optimize the use of airflow to transport heat and moisture away, increasing comfort and decreasing muscle fatigue allowing you to ride longer, harder and more.

We use two general types of ventilation systems. The first is called controlled ventilation. Zippers are strategically placed to control when and how much air flow is used. The other form of ventilation is called full ventilation which utilizes open mesh to allow air to flow in constantly keeping the rider cool.

Engineered with comfort you can control, the Dakar Pant has been outfitted with two 20” zippered vents with dual zipper heads that allow the rider to control the amount of cool-down wanted. Combined with rider specific patterning and Ballistic Cordura® in high wear areas, the Dakar Pant will give you the most versatility when it comes to changing conditions and level of riding.
